REVISION POLICY
We are committed to provide the best services hence you can ask for revisions in your delivery as many times as mentioned in your package selected. If there is no change in concept, you will receive design within 48 hours. For additional revisions than mentioned in package, you will be charged some extra bucks. Please consult with the sales team while requesting revision.
REFUND POLICY
We offer 100% refund if for any reason you do not like you purchased. Money back guarantee is only to ensure your extra ordinary experience with us.
Refund will not be applicable if:
- You have selected a custom package.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- Revisions have been made in your design.
- The refund reason is non-related to the company.
- Refund is requested after 2 weeks.
- Company policy has been violated.
- The information was lacking in creative brief provided.
- Complete change of design has been requested.
Note: Logo Design reserves the rights to reject any project or call off the contract whenever it deems necessary. After refund, customer will not have rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Logo Design.

DELIVERY POLICY
We submit the completed order on the date stated on order confirmation. A confirmation email is also sent. The delivery time depends on the package you have selected, at minimum it takes 2 business days.
